Policies

1. Season: Memorial Day through September.
2. Check-in: 4:00 pm / Check-out: 11:00 am.
3. No Sunday Check-ins / Check-outs.
4. Three night stay minimum preferred.
5. 50 % reservation deposit required.
6. Deposit refundable up to 30 days prior to reservation.
7. A $75 fee is charged for all cancellations.
8. Sales Tax = 6%.
9. Reservations accepted 365 days in advance.
10. No Smoking & No Pets

Please Note:
Your deposit (less $75.00) is refundable if your notice of cancellation is
received at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date. Any changes in
your reservation will need to be made 30 days prior to your arrival or you
will be charged for nights reserved but not used.
